Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that the warranty covers structural damage and not cosmetic.
What does that mean?
The Fire Pits El Fuego Wood and Black / Grey are made of a composite that is hand painted. The paint may crack under high heat and, in some cases, bubble. This is not a defect, and the top part of the fire pit will eventually turn completely black after several burns. If you are unhappy with this, please return the product before burning it, and we will fully refund you.
Should there be a structural defect in the first year, please send us images to sales@ecofuego.com We will review your concerns and look at an acceptable solution and compensation. This warranty does not cover broken or shattered products should they be dropped. Our fire pits are made of a durable composite similar to ceramic; if dropped, they will break, and this warranty does not cover this. Should the metal rum become compromised and leak, this is covered under warranty. Again, please send images so we can assess the problem.
This warranty does not cover damage to other materials caused by spilt wax or burnt or tarnished materials due to the burn and intense heat produced by the fire pit.
